I was dealing with Martha and she helped me to find the boots I want it she was knowledgeable and understanding and the store manager too I forget his name but they both helped me and happy with my new boots and they fit perfect thank you Martha!!!!

Everyone is this store seemed very professional and friendly but I had the pleasure of dealing with Viviana and I can tell u from my experience she went above and beyond for me! Very nice and knowledgeable person! I will definitely be back to shop with her for anything I need in the future and I suggest anyone reading this does the same!

Amazing customer service in Men’s. Our guy (#307, sorry forgot your name :( ) was amazing and very knowledgeable of Ferragamo having been with the company for 20+ years. Incredible!! My husband loves these shoes, and I love the service. We will be back!!

Their customer service is impeccable—I brought in a belt I had purchased a couple of months ago after the buckle broke, and they replaced it on the spot, no questions asked. The staff is professional, attentive, and truly go above and beyond. The boutique itself is beautifully designed with an impressive selection, making every visit a pleasure.

Just good comments for the excellent service received in this Ferragamo store . Specially Nicole, who pick up my call at first , she was just amazing, super professional and gave me an excellent customer experience. She was always in communication with me and even advice me what day going into the store to enjoy the Father’s Day special activity. Also thank you very much to Susie, who was the one helping me with my watch! I love the experience and gentleness I received from them!

The boutique is stunning—spacious, elegant, and immaculately laid out with an incredible variety of shoes, leather goods, and ready-to-wear pieces that reflect the brand’s timeless Italian sophistication. What really made the experience unforgettable, though, was Joseph. He was the ultimate salesman—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about the brand. He knew the collection inside and out and helped me find exactly what I was looking for without ever being pushy.
